25 December 2007 - This was the seat of political government under the Mughal emperor Akbar from 1571-1585.  It was abandoned for lack of water.  We only ended up seeing the Mosque area, and not the city ruins, as our guide was expensive and didn't tell us about the other part.  Next time...

Graveyard in the coutyard...the women were buried further back under the arches.	This gate... leads to a tunnel system that is said to go all the way to Agra 30 km away.	The School... inside the mosque they also still teach school

Donations for women You buy the cloth, they give you some string and flower petals. You lay the cloth on the table and sprinkle the petals over it. The cloth is donated to women so they can make money.	Make a wish You then tie the string on the window and it'll come true. :)	Outside the Main Gate
