Jaipur

27 December 2007 - We arrived in Jaipur, the pink city, in the afternoon and quickly stopped at the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Hawa Mahal.  Our hotel was fabulous!

This 5-storeyed "Palace of Winds" was built to allow the ladies of the harem to watch the bustle of the market below without being seen. It is only one room deep, and had great air flow.
